She joined Sprint, now T‑Mobile, in 1994, and since 2002 has been a prominent leader in the wholesale sector. During her tenure at Sprint/TMO, Susan shaped key partnerships across the cable industry for VoIP and driven strategic innovation within MVNO programs.
Over a year ago, she expanded her impact by joining Plintron on the MVNA side of the business, where she has supported growth initiatives and strengthened ecosystem development.
