We can support our registered delegates, speakers and sponsors in the VISA application process by providing a Visa Letter Invitation. To produce it, we require the following information:

• Name and Surname:
• Date of Birth: 
• Nationality:
• Passport Number:
• Passport Expires:
• Employer:
• Job Title:

Please kindly provide the above in typed format, we do not accept photos of passports.
